Q: How are your paintings transferred onto the products?

Each item at FlowerPowerME is made to order. My original painted designs are printed onto fabric by my fulfillment partner, then hand-stitched into one-of-a-kind garments or footwear. 

This print-on-demand (POD) model reduces overproduction and supports sustainability.

Please note: While most orders are taking a week to 12 days for delivery, footwear delivery may take up to three weeks due to current  international trade logistics. I will do my best to update my customers if circumstances change.  

Q: Are FlowerPowerME products affected by tariffs? Will this delay my order or increase prices?

Great question—and honestly, this one's a bit complex.

My fulfillment partner produces many of the products I sell in the USA, but it sources materials and produces some products in various other countries, including Latvia, Mexico, and China. They are a very reliable company that I have used for nearly 6 years now and their team is working hard to stay ahead of ongoing changes in tariffs, shipping, and global supply chains.

While I do my best to keep pricing stable and delays minimal, I appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we all navigate these global variables together.

Q: I love your products but hesitate to order online — do you have a physical shop where I can try things on?

Totally understandable!

During the summer months, my tiny shop/studio (located in my driveway!) is open by appointment or sometimes by chance if you happen to catch me around.

For Summer 2025, I’ll have a rotating selection of items available for purchase, along with sizing samples to help you find the right fit. Since my full product range includes hundreds of designs, I can't stock everything on-site — but I’ll do my best to have a variety of popular styles and sizes on hand.

One of the reasons I love the print-on-demand (POD) model is that it helps reduce waste and overproduction — items are made just for you. But I also know how helpful it is to touch and try things in real life. That’s why I’m offering the summer studio and occasional pop-up shops to bridge that gap.

And don’t worry — if you order online and the item doesn’t work out, unused items are returnable for a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Q: How do I care for my sneakers?

Spot cleaning with mild soap or a gentle spray cleaner is recommended to keep your sneakers fresh. The surface is quick-drying and responds well to light scrubbing.

If you prefer machine washing, use a gentle cycle, cold water, and mild detergent and AIR DRY (stuff with newspaper if you want to retain shape) While the dyes are durable, frequent washing may cause some fading.

 

 

Q: Do your shoes come in different widths?

My shoes are only available in medium width, but they feature:

  • A wide toe box for added comfort
     

  • A flexible flyknit weave on regular sneakers, which molds to your foot and accommodates wider widths
     

  • High-tops and Two-Tones with wide toe boxes that work for both narrow and wide feet (especially with laces on the Two-Tones for adjustability)
     

If you need more room, I suggest ordering ½ size up.

 

 

Q: Can I use orthotics in your shoes?

Yes! Here are two options:

  1. Order ½ size up and keep the original insole for added cushioning.
     

  2. Order your regular size, remove the included insole (save it for later), and insert your orthotic or custom footbed. Easy peasy!

 

 

Q: Returns & Exchanges

I love my FLOWERPOWERME items (leggings, shoes, rashguard), but they don’t fit. How can I exchange them?

Email me at flowerpowerme25@gmail.com with your Order Number in the subject line. I’ll send you my return address. Once I receive the original item, I’ll ship out your replacement.

Note: There’s a $7.99 shipping fee for exchanges to help cover my extra costs.

 

 

Q: Can I return an item for credit or a refund?

Absolutely!

  1. Email flowerpowerme25@gmail.com for a return authorization.
     

  2. Send the unworn/unused item back.
     

  3. Once received, I’ll issue a refund to your card or provide a FlowerPowerME gift card for future use.
